I understand that I am signing up as a private independent contractor. I understand that if I am accepted to officiate, I must fulfill the following obligations:

Working for the entire tournament, arriving on-site at the designated times and departing at the close of play each day
Taking care of equipment issued at the tournament (ball, clipboard, and flip scorer) and returning these items to the designated area at the close of play each day.
Following the guidelines and rules set forth by Gus Macker Event Team
